As a Marketing Senior Associate within our Asset Management team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering tailored marketing content to support our sales strategy, including brochures, newsletters, and product positioning documents. You will conduct market and product analysis to understand trends and competitors, collaborating with our central strategy team. Your role will involve participating in digital initiatives, managing content on our French website, and promoting our Insight App. Additionally, you will coordinate advertising campaigns, develop marketing campaigns with French retail and wholesale clients, and manage media partnerships to analyze ROI.
Job responsibilities
- Deliver key marketing content to support the sales strategy (tailor-made brochures, product and market insight content/newsletters, local webcast, product positioning documents, etc..). Ensure to propose and create new content in line with business’ needs.
- Support the EN-FR proofreading of translated content.
- Understand market trend analysis to have a keen knowledge of our competitors in the local market, and conduct specific analysis on products and trends in collaborations with our central strategy team.
- Participate in the central initiatives to ensure a digital customer journey through, social media and online marketing activities, including emails.
Ensure all French content is live on our French JPMAM website. Promote all content on our Insight App.
Participate to plan, coordinate and implement traditional and digital advertising campaigns to promote our expertise in coordination with our French retail and Wholesale clients.
Follow-up on what we do, update our content on media partnerships platforms; analyse ROI of the digital platforms.
Participate to develop and conduct virtual and in-person local events (industry events, client workshops), for a unique and differentiating client experience; continuously develop JPMAM’s event standards and coordination of sponsored conferences and fairs.
Ensure follow-up processes around portfolio managers and investments specialists’ visits, including post meeting feedback analysis to enhance future events.
Be a senior leader in the team to work on central initiatives. Leverage on the internal tools to enhance ROI for Marketing/Sales activities. Measure what we do: follow KPIs for all Marketing actions, digital, contents, trends etc.
Ensure to follow the compliance rules, and internal policies, marketing materials compliance and log.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience in the financial industry.
Good knowledge of the financial markets / asset management and mutual funds industry.
Fluent in French and strong English (verbal and writing).
Strong organization skills. Able to prioritize and multi-task.
Strong ‘can-do-attitude’, ability to overcome obstacles and relentless focus on driving results, as well a client-focus mindset.
Excellent team player and, ability to manage multiple relationships with client advisors, product specialists and compliance.
Strong writing skills in French.
Proficient with IT tools (Power Point, Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro).
