About the Role
Join Wealth Management Solutions as a Marketing & Sales Strategy Intern and learn how marketing and sales teams communicate product information in a clear, useful, and engaging way. You will help support projects that make it easier for sales teams and advisors to understand solutions and share them with clients.
This role is well suited for a student who enjoys understanding audiences, simplifying complex information, writing or editing materials, and turning strategy into practical communication tools. Prior experience in financial services is not required.
Key Responsibilities
Support marketing and sales strategy projects for financial products, platforms, or advisory solutions.
Help turn product or business information into clear, audience-friendly messages.
Conduct research and organize insights that support communication or sales-readiness plans.
Create or refresh talking points, training materials, onboarding resources, or presentation content.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales partners to better understand business needs.
Present project learnings or recommendations to team members and leaders at the end of the internship.
Required Qualifications
Current undergraduate student with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028.
Interest in marketing, business, finance, communications, sales strategy, or financial services.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to organize information and make complex topics easier to understand.
Ability to manage time effectively, collaborate with others, and complete work within established timelines.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
Coursework in marketing, business, finance, communications, sales management, economics, or a related field.
Exposure to market research, product marketing, content development, sales enablement, or presentation development.
Interest in financial products, wealth management, retirement solutions, or advisory services.
Curiosity about how marketing and sales teams work together to support business growth.

In-Office Collaboration
We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
Base Pay Salary
The estimated hourly rate for this role is $27.50 per hour. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
