What You'll Bring:

We’re looking for a Marketing Sales Specialist to join our growing team. 

This sales position is accountable for achieving annual new business and revenue goals through customer relationship development, opportunity prioritization, consultative sales, and superior negotiation and closing skills, generating growth to customers and prospects. This key role will be responsible for prospecting and selling our Marketing Solutions to the top segments’ verticals of customers and prospects.

Day to Day You’ll Be:

  • Delivering targets by solution and segment for new and existing clients supported by strong partnership with core sales, Client Success, product and product marketing partner teams.
  • Set and execute net new business acquisition sales strategies to generate growth in revenue and bookings.
  • Accurately forecast sales revenue and pipeline on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships and implement strategies for expansion within the existing customer base.
  • Maintain Salesforce CRM and ensure a strong lead pipeline in order to exceed sales quota objectives.
  • Anticipate client changes and act on them quickly.
  • Effectively partner with key regional stakeholders and sellers across UK and Europe to ensure a high level of collaboration and teamwork to drive business goals. 
  • Build or utilize existing relationships within the Marketing space including marketing organizations of institutions
  • Own and carry out complex contract/legal negotiations

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Track record years of experience in selling Marketing solutions
  • Deep understanding of European Marketing business and consulting along with current best practices and emerging trends
  • Proven track record of achieving overall sales growth and delivery of results to business plans across sales channels – Direct & Indirect.
  • Ability to identify strategic client pains and develop unique and compelling value propositions that focus on delivering business value to the client.
  • Proven client engagement skills including prospecting, relationship-building, deal making, negotiating and closing business.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Articulate, persuasive and engaging communication style. Ability to be extremely persistent in a pleasant fashion.
  • Proven track record of building partnerships and interfacing at the C level. In addition, major account experience in a matrix environment with expertise in navigating large complex organizations, identifying buyers, influencers, and closing business.
     

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Fluency (CEFR levels B2, C1 or C2) in at least one European language in addition to English
  • Strong analytical skills to be able to engage our clients' Heads of Marketing, Analytics, Modelling and Media
  • Demonstrated understanding of B2B and B2B2C channel programs 
  • Understand banking, financial services & insurance (BFSI), Fintech, Retail and related industry challenges and needs
  • Value based selling methodology using ROI and TCO models, rather than competing on features & functions or price
  • A general understanding of the ever-evolving regulatory requirements on data privacy and digital identity management is a big plus
  • Willingness for purposeful travel
