Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Bilingual Recruiter (English-Spanish) with more than 5 years of experience recruiting for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Satisfaction positions at managerial levels. The ideal candidate will have experience working remotely and excel at identifying and attracting top-tier talent.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for managerial positions.
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sources and strategies.
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand specific position requirements.
- Implement innovative recruitment practices to enhance hiring quality.
- Maintain and update a database of potential candidates.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the selection process.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency is essential).
- 5+ years of experience recruiting for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Satisfaction positions at managerial levels.
- Proven experience working in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
