POSITION SUMMARY: The Marketing & Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales and marketing efforts of the community. This position provides administrative and operational assistance to the Director, Marketing and Sales or Residency and Sales Counselors, ensuring the smooth execution of sales activities, lead management, and customer service. The Sales Coordinator interacts with prospective residents, families, and referral sources, assisting with inquiries, tours, and follow ups to enhance occupancy.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Marketing & Sales Coordinator:
- Track and maintain Salesforce, ensuring all leads are recorded, updated, and followed up on promptly.
- Assist the Director, Marketing and Sales and sales team with scheduling tours, preparing marketing materials, maintaining sales reports, and coordinating event logistics.
- Respond to phone and online inquiries, provide general information, and assist with scheduling tours for prospective residents and their families.
- Support the execution of on-site tours and sales events, including set-up, greeting visitors, and providing essential community information.
- Facilitate the resident move-in process by coordinating paperwork, scheduling move-in dates, and ensuring a seamless transition.
- Help implement marketing campaigns, distribute promotional materials, and maintain social media engagement to attract potential residents
- Assist in compiling sales and occupancy reports, tracking progress against sales goals, and ensuring accuracy in documentation.
Here are a few of the Experience and Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, ideally in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn Salesforce software.
