Multimedia Production Specialist/ Senior Specialist
We are seeking a talented and creative Multimedia Production Specialist to join our team at OP360. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality video and photo content for various purposes, including events, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Shoot and edit professional-quality videos and photos for company events, marketing campaigns, and other projects
Perform post-production tasks, including video editing, color correction, and sound mixing
Create engaging motion graphics to enhance video content
Capture high-quality photographs for various company needs
Retouch and edit photos to meet project requirements
Manage and maintain OP360-issued video, camera, and photography equipment
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop video and photo concepts, storyboards, and shot lists
Ensure all video and photo content aligns with OP360's brand guidelines and messaging
Organize and maintain a digital asset library of videos and photos
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Photography, Multimedia Communications, or related field/experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in video production, photography, and editing
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
Experience with motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects)
Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop)
Strong creative and storytelling skills through both video and still imagery
Excellent eye for composition, lighting, and color in both video and photography
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of graphic design principles and software (e.g., Adobe Suite)
Experience in corporate or marketing video production and photography
Familiarity with live streaming and webinar technologies
Experience with drone photography and videography (FAA certification a plus)
Knowledge of current trends in video and photo production techniques
