Position Summary
The call team Marketing Representative plays an essential role in engaging and building relationships with the MGU's broad customer base in a high-volume calling environment. Over the phone and via email, you’ll develop and strengthen relationships with insurance professionals, generate and qualify leads, and identify decision-makers and opportunities. In this position you are empowered to drive policy submissions and premium by promoting events, digital content, products and policy features. Using focused listening, a personalized approach and consistent follow-up, you’ll communicate this MGU's key value propositions, overcome objections and move agents through the marketing funnel.What will your job entail?
Hybrid role out of Jacksonville, FL.
Job Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to educate and motivate insurance professionals to sell builders risk
· Communicate US Assure’s offerings, including resources, programs, eligibility, key product features, value propositions and benefits of doing business
· Approach calls with optimism and professionalism, viewing each as a new opportunity to create a quality relationship that builds long-term engagement and achieves closing objectives
· Adhere to best practices, outreach techniques and workflow processes specific to each campaign
· Meet individual and team goals for calls made, quality standards and KPIs that drive our efforts
· Professionally respond to inquiries and requests from agents via email
· Proactively collaborate and share insights, feedback and learnings with the team
Required Experience:
· 1+ years of experience in a customer-centered field, including sales, retail, hospitality, marketing, recruiting or related specialty
· High school diploma or bachelor’s degree
· A consistently positive, collaborative, can-do attitude with high energy and enthusiasm in a repetitive, metrics driven environment
· Ability to maintain motivation, focus and emotional resilience by keeping perspective and staying solution oriented throughout the day
· Strong phone‐qualifying and prospecting skills, and ability to professionally overcome objections
· Ability to creatively reach leads, identify decision makers and build customer loyalty
· Quick to build rapport and authentic connections, believing every call has value whether it results in a conversion or a meaningful professional interaction
· Excellent verbal and written communication with a commitment to and focus on the customer
· Results driven with above average levels of independence, initiative and curiosity
· Self-motivated, consistent and dependable with a high level of personal accountability
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

The target hourly rate range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 per hour.The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
