Job Description Summary

The Marketing & Pursuit Manager, Occupier Advisory Services (OAS), EMEA is responsible for executing the OAS go-to-market strategy across EMEA in partnership with regional business leaders, business development, sales enablement and marketing teams. The role drives growth across priority sectors through integrated marketing campaigns, thought leadership, client engagement programs, digital demand generation and sales enablement initiatives.  
Working closely with OAS leadership across EMEA and APAC, the role translates strategic priorities into measurable commercial outcomes by increasing market visibility, strengthening client engagement and supporting pipeline development. They would also be looking to increase the brand visibility within the
OAS client base to increase the quality and quantity of opportunities coming through at various stages of the sales funnel.  
In addition to the marketing and go-to-market activities, the role partners with Sales Enablement and Business Development teams to identify priority growth opportunities.. Thought leadership campaigns would be a key area of focus, aligning with the OAS strategy. There would also be event management aligned with the strategy and segmentation opportunities. The position does not manage bid production or proposal submission activities, but contributes to opportunity development and pursuit readiness for key growth opportunities.  
The role serves as the primary marketing  partner to OAS EMEA leadership while acting as a key liaison between Marketing, Research, Communications, Sales Enablement, Strategic Accounts and Business Development teams to deliver coordinated growth initiatives across the region. 

Job Description

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute the EMEA OAS go-to-market strategy through integrated campaigns, thought leadership, digital marketing, client engagement programs, events and sales enablement initiatives. 
  • Partner with OAS leadership to identify priority sectors, target accounts and strategic growth opportunities aligned to regional business objectives.  
  • Develop and activate marketing programs that strengthen brand visibility, generate demand, support pipeline growth and enhance client engagement across EMEA. 
  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns that target priority sectors and deliver marketing qualified leads to the business 
  • Coordinate the development, localization and promotion of thought leadership, research reports, market insights and strategic content programs across priority markets and sectors.  
  • Leverage CRM, market intelligence, client data and competitive insights to inform targeting, marketing investment and growth strategies. 
  • Working with the EMEA Office Sector leadership to support the sector in driving value across the asset lifecycle, driving cross-selling and multi-market sales.  
  • Support pursuit readiness and opportunity planning activities for priority pursuits, including stakeholder mapping, opportunity assessment, win-theme development and lead-in strategies.  
  • Manage client events, executive engagement programs, roundtables and sector-focused initiatives that strengthen client relationships, align with a strategic pursuit and create commercial opportunities.  
  • Monitor marketing, engagement and pipeline performance, providing reporting, insights and recommendations to improve commercial outcomes.  
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of OAS growth initiatives and alignment with regional priorities.  

KEY SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES

  • Strong B2B marketing and demand generation experience with a focus on measurable commercial outcomes. 
  • Ability to analyze and interpret market, client and CRM data to support business development and lead generation activities. 
  • Strong project management and project implementation skills.  
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across regional and country leadership teams. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives across geographies and deadlines.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • At least 5 years' experience in B2B marketing, business development, communications or go-to-market roles within professional services, commercial real estate, consulting, financial services or related sectors. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics or related discipline preferred. 
  • Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple countries or regions. 
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation and reporting platforms such as Salesforce and Marketing Cloud. 
  • Experience supporting sales enablement, pursuits, proposals or business development initiatives. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects across matrix organizations. 
  • Strong content development, campaign management and communications experience. 
  • Commercially minded with a track record of contributing to pipeline growth, client engagement and business outcomes. 

Compensation and Transparency
We believe in an open and transparent approach to compensation. For this role, the base salary range is between €
38.250 and €45,000 gross per annum (RAL). Positioning within the range will depend on experience, skills, and the expected impact in the role. Candidates at an early stage in their career are typically positioned towards the lower end of the range, while candidates with significant experience and the ability to deliver immediate impact may be positioned towards the upper end. We also offer a comprehensive compensation package which, in addition to benefits, may include discretionary performance-based bonuses in line with company policies. Our compensation decisions are based on clear, objective criteria, aligned with market benchmarks and internal equity.
