We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Marketing Division. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to launch their career in project management, 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project briefs, define tasks and deliverables, and track project progress.
  • Organize and lead kickoff meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
  • Support company events and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, identifying potential risks and mitigating delays.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in project management within marketing.
  • Highly fluent in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management tools, with a preference for Monday.com.
  • Experience in marketing-related projects – a plus.
  • Experience with HubSpot & Salesforce – a plus.
  • Understanding of tech stacks used in marketing (CRM, analytics, automation tools, etc.) – a plus.

Skills Required

  • 3+ years of experience in project management within marketing
  • Highly fluent in English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
