As a Project Coordinator, you'll be the key contact for Account Coordinators and internal teams. We're looking for someone who is proactive, positive, and passionate about helping others. You'll also be highly skilled in communication, offer great customer service, and have exceptional time management, and project management skills.
You'll be responsible for supporting Account Coordinators with their accounts, where you will commit to delivering project completion, developing awesome marketing strategies, and collaborating with our design, Salesforce, Pardot, and development teams to execute client projects. Responsibilities:
- Work with our Account Coordinators to create and implement campaigns
- Develop campaign calendars on a weekly basis
- Monitor marketing analytics
- Create reports for clients
- Build relationships with Account Coordinators based on trust and respect
- Communicate with clients in writing
- Display strong empathy and emotional intelligence skills
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
- Keep documentation of project notes and any client processes
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in account management
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Asana, Lucid Chart, Google Analytics and Facebook Insights, and etc.
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and think strategically
Experience:
- Marketing: minimum of 1 year (Not Required)
- Account Management: minimum of 2 years (Required)

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000 USD
COVID-19 considerations: We are currently working remotely with plans to move to an optional, hybrid work-from-home/in-office model in the future.
