We are seeking a Strategic Marketing Planning & Budget Jr. Manager to join our LATAM team, supporting data-driven decision-making across the region. In this role, you will analyze performance, manage budgets, and deliver strategic insights that directly influence marketing investments, product planning, and regional strategy.
This position is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with large datasets and multiple stakeholders across Latin America.
A Typical Day at Nissan:
Track and manage the LATAM marketing budget; prepare monthly and financial reports.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing KPIs, and identify trends and optimization opportunities.
Manage and update the regional segmentation database.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI at regional and market levels.
Develop dashboards and reports showing performance trends and insights.
Support strategic decisions with data, presentations, and market insights.
Maintain regional databases, budget files, and coordinate with Finance, Product, and local markets.
Professional Profile We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of experience in marketing, finance, or business analysis.
Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
Knowledge of marketing metrics and ROI.
Comfortable with numbers and financial concepts.
Advanced proficiency level of English.
