As the Marketing Planning and Operations Senior Manager you will play a crucial role in the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our goals and in partnership with marketing leaders. You have operational experience and will ensure that the marketing team operates efficiently and effectively as well as drive select cross-functional initiatives. You have a track record in integrated marketing, project management, and operational excellence.

You will report to the Head of Marketing Planning, Analytics, and Operations.

You will be fully Remote - United States

You Will:

  • Marketing planning: Lead the planning across all marketing teams as well as cross functional organizations to develop monthly/quarterly/annual marketing plans.
  • Integrated marketing: Be the single point of contact for all of marketing and drive delivery of marketing projects across all functions in partnership with marketing leaders including weekly status and escalations. 
  • Budget management: Gather inputs from all marketing leaders and prepare and maintain marketing team budget. Liaison with finance and related teams through review and approval processes. Monitor spending and provide regular reports on budget performance and ROI.
  • Communication: Draft communications, presentations and reports related to marketing strategies, OKRs, reports etc. for internal Marketing and external stakeholders.
  • Vendor management: Participate in contract negotiations and manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners – with an eye towards effectiveness.
  • Operational efficiency: Define/streamline marketing operations and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Identify and address bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and governance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of marketing processes and procedures.

You Have:

  • 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, marketing operations, or a similar role at a global B2B technology/SaaS company and smaller dynamic startups.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Experience in driving operational efficiencies across all functions of marketing.
  • Customer-focused mindset and passionate about providing customer experience.
  • Experience working and applying emerging tools such as AI to drive impact.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong ability to synthesize information and create strategic, compelling presentations for executive/senior leadership.
  • Experience in global marketing or working with international teams.
