Buscamos um profissional sênior/pleno para liderar nossas estratégias de mídia paga e CRM, com visão analítica apurada e foco em resultados. Você vai planejar, executar e otimizar campanhas em Google e Meta, além de atuar na régua de relacionamento com clientes para maximizar conversão e retenção.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Responsabilidades

  • Planejar e gerenciar campanhas de performance no Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax) e Meta Ads (Facebook e Instagram)

  • Analisar resultados com profundidade: CPA, ROAS, CPL, LTV e propor otimizações constantes

  • Estruturar e executar fluxos de CRM (e-mail, WhatsApp, push) com foco em nutrição, conversão e retenção

  • Usar IA para acelerar a produção e teste de criativos, copies e segmentações

  • Aplicar ferramentas de IA para análise de dados, identificação de padrões e geração de insights de campanha

  • Construir e acompanhar dashboards de performance, cruzando dados de mídia com dados de CRM

  • Conduzir testes A/B em criativos, públicos, lances e automações

  • Trabalhar próximo às equipes de conteúdo, produto e dados para garantir consistência entre canais

  • Apresentar resultados e insights para stakeholders com clareza e visão estratégica

  • Experiência sólida com Google Ads e Meta Ads: configuração, estruturação de campanhas e otimização de performance

  • Uso ativo de ferramentas de IA (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini ou similares) aplicadas a rotinas de mídia criação de copy, análise de resultados, automações e briefings

  • Capacidade analítica para leitura de dados e tomada de decisão orientada a métricas

  • Conhecimento em GA4, Google Tag Manager e pixels de conversão

  • Experiência com segmentação de audiências e estratégias de remarketing

  • Inglês para leitura de materiais técnicos

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com IA generativa aplicada à criação e otimização de criativos em escala

  • Uso de IA para análise preditiva de campanhas e automação de relatórios

  • Experiência com atribuição multi-touch e modelos de mensuração avançados

  • Conhecimento em SQL ou ferramentas de BI

Skills Required

  • Solid experience with Google Ads (configuration, campaign structure, optimization)
