We Are Looking For

The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth. This role collaborates across departments to develop marketing campaigns, create compelling content and sales materials, support events and trade shows, analyze campaign performance, and maintain marketing resources and budgets. The ideal candidate is a creative, organized, and data-driven marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and helps effectively communicate value to customers, suppliers, employees, and future talent.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute comprehensive marketing initiatives that align with business objectives
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences, translating findings into actionable insights
  • Brand Activation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, trade shows/events and traditional methods
  • Collaborate with the Manager, Marketing Communications to distribute blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, and infographics, to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization
  • Assist the Manager, Brand Marketing in organizing and executing promotional events, webinars, trade shows, and other marketing activities to generate leads and foster customer relationships
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and provide them with the necessary tools and materials
  • Manage and maintain the marketing budget and corporate card reconciliation, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking expenses
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills):

  • Education and Experience: 
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is required.
    • 3+ years experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role in a B2B/B2C environment
    • Agency experience preferred but not required.
  • Key Competencies: 

    • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, including market segmentation, positioning, and competitive analysis
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
    • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
    • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to support projects outside of core responsibilities to support team goals
    • Ability to receive feedback and quickly and accurately incorporate it
    • Experience with HubSpot, Wordpress, Elementor, Pipedrive CRM, Sprout Social a plus, but not required

Special Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
  • ITAR requirement
  • 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.

In order to comply with the requirements of the ITAR and/or the EAR, applicants will be asked to provide specific documentation to verify U.S. person status under the ITAR and the EAR.
