The Marketing Operations team is the engine behind how Outreach goes to market. We own the systems, data, and campaign infrastructure that turn marketing strategy into programs reaching the right buyers at the right moment. We work closely with Demand Generation, Field and Event Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and Sales to design and optimize the processes and tools that help our go-to-market teams perform at their best. We're deeply curious about how AI and automation can sharpen our craft, and we're always looking for ways to build smarter, faster systems that give our teams a real edge.
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will support our marketing technology strategy by managing core systems, executing campaigns, and maintaining data quality. You will collaborate with marketing teams to implement solutions that enhance our marketing capabilities, streamline processes, and support revenue growth. Marketing operations is where AI moves from concept to daily practice. You will work with AI-enabled capabilities across our stack, use AI to accelerate campaign execution, reporting, and documentation, and help the team tell the difference between tools that create real efficiency and tools that only add steps.
