In such a context, strengthening campaign orchestration and impact has become a key priority to contribute to CHANEL’s singularity, brand equity & business performance ambition.

To support CHANEL’s ambition in Japan, it will be essential to continuously improve effectiveness and impact of campaigns while sustaining CHANEL's desirability and leadership.
III. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The role of Marketing Orchestration specialists aims to manage the orchestration, deployment and amplification of Fragrance & Beauty Marketing Campaigns in Japan, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints. This function will be instrumental in strengthening cross-functional collaboration, encouraging knowledge sharings across stakeholders, improving Marketing operational excellence and enabling data-driven decision making. And act as key interface of Global Marketing Operations.
Campaign & Brand animation orchestration across all channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build 360° activation plans and coordination across touchpoints
- Support the development and enhancement of gifting moment, including wrapping materials management, from offer strategies, digital orchestration to Point of Sales
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of brand animation strategies, (KEM, Event orchestration…)
Marketing Operations
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal stakeholders and Global Marketing Operations teams to support operational excellence
- Contribute to improving processes, ways of working and implement new tools
Analysis, Performance Tracking & Strategic support
- Conduct quarterly analysis of market trend, competitors initiatives, best practices…
- Support campaign performance consolidation: KPI definition, performance tracking frameworks, brand animation impact, client engagement…
- Provide and consolidate insights to feed campaign strategies, support business recommendations to Global stakeholders and support continuous improvement of brand image in local Market/Region.

The ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience in marketing, project management or orchestration-related roles, ideally in Luxury or Beauty Industry

- Fluent in Japanese and English is required; French is a plus
