Job Description

マーケティングオペレーションスペシャリストとして日本マーケティングチーム内の様々なマーケティング活動のオペレーション業務を担い、チーム全体の円滑な運用に貢献するポジションです。

主な職務内容

• テンプレートに沿った日本の旅行市場・競合に関する調査

• マーケティングダッシュボードを用いたパフォーマンスデータの収集及び整理

• ツールを使用したプロモーション用クーポンの発行申請

• インフルエンサーとのコミュニケーションサポート

• SNSやブログ記事の投稿サポート

• 各種マーケティングキャンペーンの運用サポート

• CRM（メールマーケティング・アプリプッシュ通知）の運用サポート

• 請求書の整理及び支払い手続き

• その他マーケティングチーム内の各種事務業務

求めるスキル・人物像

• B2Cオンラインマーケティング及びオンライン旅行プラットフォームに対する興味関心のある方

• スピード感のある環境のもと、マルチタスクを処理することができる方

• 定められたプロセスを正確かつ臨機応変に遂行することができる方

• 様々な内外のステークホルダーとの柔軟なコミュニケーションが可能な方

• ビジネスレベル以上の日本語

• 英語を含む作業に抵抗がない方
