Remote UK

Do you want to help shape software that affects thousands of lives?

Who are we?

We are ranked as the UK’s #1 construction specific software player and our mission is simple; to provide market leading end-to-end software solutions to the construction and construction like industries across the entire build life cycle.

If you are looking to build an exceptional career with an award-winning company you’ve come to the right place. Our teams are based in the UK, Europe, and India, working on products that are used on a global scale. We have a clear and defined road map to deliver over the next 3 years, which is centred around a large-scale digital transformation as well as continuing our growth and expansion.

We embrace diversity and equality and want our employees to be comfortable bringing their whole selves to work. We are committed to building a team with a variety of backgrounds, skills and views. Creating a culture of Equality isn’t just the right thing to do, it improves every aspect of our business.

Purpose

This role is responsible for owning and managing Causeway’s marketing systems, data, and automation, acting as the central hub across Marketing, Sales, and the Business Unit Marketers to build the operational foundations our go-to-market strategy depends on. Day-to-day, this means building HubSpot workflows, owning data builds and campaign assets, enriching and segmenting our contact database, and ensuring the wider team is working from a single source of truth with clean, consistent data and well-defined processes at every stage of the funnel.

You’ll also play a key part in defining how we operate as an AI-first marketing function, helping shape and implement our AI-first marketing automation strategy, advising the wider marketing team on AI processes, and raising the overall maturity of how we use technology. As the team’s authority on our MarTech stack, you’ll ensure our tools are fit-for-purpose as we scale and that we’re staying ahead of what’s possible.

This role supports UK and international marketing teams across the US and Europe, as well as the broader business.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Automation, Campaign Execution & GTM Support

· Work closely with Business Unit Marketers on data builds and campaign execution, translating strategic priorities into well-structured, accurately targeted programmes.

· Build and manage HubSpot workflows, lists, sequences, and nurture programmes that support demand generation activity.

· Create campaign assets including emails, landing pages, forms, and automated workflows for Business Unit Marketers.

· Own the lead scoring model, keeping it calibrated, fit-for-purpose, and continuously refined as our understanding of buyer behaviour improves.

· Troubleshoot the lead management process end-to-end, ensuring all flows are working correctly and leads are progressing through the right stages accurately.

· Support the product communications process, ensuring timely and well-executed outreach.

Data Management & Segmentation

· Own the target segment data strategy, defining system properties, working with external data partners, and regularly enriching and refreshing our contact database.

· Ensure our data is well-structured, accurately segmented, and maintained to a standard that supports confident GTM decision-making.

· Build background process workflows to maintain a clean, well-structured lead management architecture.

· Troubleshoot data quality, integration, and system issues raised by the wider team.

Reporting & Performance Analytics

· Produce marketing reports and dashboards that measure campaign performance, funnel health, pipeline contribution, and overall marketing effectiveness.

· Apply statistical analysis and A/B test interpretation to surface insights and make performance improvement recommendations.

· Address modelling and forecasting needs across the marketing team, helping the business plan with greater confidence.

Systems, Technology & AI

· Act as HubSpot super user, ensuring the platform is correctly used, maintained at the right level of maturity, and updated as the platform evolves.

· Help define and implement an AI-first marketing automation strategy, identifying opportunities to embed AI into workflows, processes, and how the team operates day-to-day.

· Serve as the team’s go-to adviser on AI processes, guiding Business Unit Marketers on how to incorporate AI effectively into their own workflows.

· Periodically review the MarTech stack to ensure it remains fit-for-purpose as the business scales, evaluating new tools and retiring those that no longer serve us.

· Train and implement AI bots and tools to improve team efficiency, documentation, and how we use our tech stack.

· Administer sales enablement platforms and ensure task and project management tooling is configured and fit-for-purpose.

Team Enablement & Process Improvement

· Own the onboarding and training of new Marketing team members on systems, processes, and automation.

· Proactively identify and act on opportunities to improve marketing operations processes, with a focus on AI-driven efficiency gains.

· Create and manage initiatives to gather and share internal and external marketing best practices across the team.

Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Essential

· 2–3 years’ minimum experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms; HubSpot experience is a strong advantage.

· Hands-on experience building workflows, lists, and campaign assets in a marketing automation platform.

· Strong data skills: comfortable with data collection, manipulation, segmentation, and enrichment.

· Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, dashboards, A/B test interpretation, and funnel ROI analysis.

· Comfortable with Excel, including pivot tables, graphs, and basic modelling.

· Process-oriented, with the ability to connect operational detail to broader business outcomes.

· Actively uses AI to improve processes, team efficiency, and data organisation, and is curious about where it can go next.
