You’ll play a critical role in helping to grow our Provider CRM organization. Your work will play an integral part in driving provider engagement and retention via thoughtful, tailored experiences by leading execution and reporting across email marketing campaigns.

  • Meticulous (great attention to detail!) in planning and executing projects across multiple departments

  • Someone who values the sweet spot between structure, independence, and improvisation 

  • Building email marketing campaigns end-to-end including ad hoc sends and sophisticated nurture or drip campaigns
  • Reviewing all campaigns and ensuring all communications are 100% accurate 
  • Coding new HTML emails from design files
  • Creating and managing email campaigns that utilize customer data to create personalized customer journeys using Adobe Marketo
  • Building reports/performing analysis
  • Advising on email production best practices including the execution of tests
  • Participating in meetings with project stakeholders
  • Executing ad hoc and short-term project initiatives

  • A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% in 10th/12th/ graduation 
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations or email marketing
  • Understanding of email marketing principles and best practices to ensure email messages are properly constructed to meet industry standards
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Data-orientation: Understanding which data is relevant, asking the right questions, and data literacy
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
  • Independent problem-solving capabilities 
  • Strong analytical reasoning skills, attention to detail, sharp focus, and the ability to think deeply
  • Marketo experience preferred 
  • HTML experience preferred 
  • Salesforce experience preferred
