Position Summary:
This position is responsible for issuing tickets, gifts, and promotions for Marketing events while providing superior customer service for all guests.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Includes but not limited to:
- Conducts event registration
- Completes gift compilation
- Maintains property knowledge
- Interacts with guests and provides event information
- Enters guest information for events
- Maintains and respects confidentiality of marketing programs and guest information
- Unloading and organizing promotional gifts
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sets-up and tears-down event equipment and furniture
- Independently performs related tasks, as needed
- Maintains a clean and well stocked work area
- Assists the Marketing Operations Manager and Supervisors, as needed
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to professionally communicate event details to guests
- Must be able to work independently under minimal supervision
Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills
Training Requirements:
- Knowledge of Arctics and the Avatar Event Management System
- Momentum Program
- ACSC
- Workday
- Mohegan Sun’s scheduling and time management program
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Other qualifications may apply based upon specific event requirements
- Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
