The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for building and scaling the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that power SpotDraft’s marketing engine.

This role sits within the Revenue Operations team and will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to ensure campaigns are measurable, leads move efficiently through the funnel, and marketing investments are tied to revenue outcomes.

You will own campaign operations, lead lifecycle management, attribution frameworks, and marketing data hygiene, enabling the marketing team to operate with precision and accountability.

Marketing Operations & Campaign Execution

  • Own the operational execution of marketing campaigns across the martech stack.

  • Manage campaign setup, workflows, segmentation, and performance tracking.

  • Ensure campaign data integrity and proper tagging for reporting and attribution.

Lead Lifecycle Management

  • Design and manage the lead lifecycle from capture to revenue.

  • Define MQL, SQL, and lifecycle stage transitions in collaboration with Sales.

  • Maintain lead routing, scoring, and qualification workflows.

Attribution & Marketing Analytics

  • Build and maintain multi-touch attribution models to measure marketing ROI.

  • Create dashboards and reporting frameworks for campaign performance and funnel health.

  • Deliver insights that help marketing leadership allocate budget effectively.

Martech Stack Ownership

  • Own and optimize core marketing tools (HubSpot/Marketo, integrations with Salesforce).

  • Maintain marketing automation workflows and system integrations.

  • Identify gaps and recommend tooling improvements.

Data Hygiene & Reporting

  • Ensure data accuracy across marketing and sales systems.

  • Maintain marketing dashboards and regular reporting cadences.

  • Provide leadership with actionable insights on pipeline and campaign performance.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Demand Generation, and RevOps to ensure alignment across the funnel.

  • Improve lead handoff processes and feedback loops between Marketing and Sales.

  • Support revenue planning through marketing data insights.

Requirements:

Must Have

  • 3–6 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or Marketo.

  • Experience managing lead lifecycle and attribution models.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales teams.

  • Experience managing campaign operations and marketing data hygiene.

Should Have

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and lead syncing workflows.

  • Experience with reporting tools (Looker, GA4, or similar BI platforms).

  • Experience working in B2B SaaS environments.

  • Exposure to demand generation operations.

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a high-growth SaaS company.

  • Familiarity with ABM tools and account-based marketing frameworks.
