YOUR MISSION

Nulogy is seeking an AI-forward, systems-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to help scale and optimize the operational infrastructure behind our GTM engine.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will own the systems, workflows, automation, reporting, and operational processes that support pipeline generation across inbound, outbound, ABM, customer marketing, and integrated GTM programs.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, business development, revenue operations, AI enablement, and marketing systems architecture. The ideal candidate combines strong operational thinking with curiosity around AI, automation, workflow orchestration, and scalable process design.
This is not a traditional “marketing automation” role. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving operational complexity, improving trust in data and systems, identifying opportunities for automation, and helping GTM teams move faster with better visibility and cleaner infrastructure.
This role will play a foundational part in enabling Nulogy’s AI-forward GTM strategy.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and optimize HubSpot architecture, workflows, automation, lifecycle stages, and operational governance
  • Improve marketing attribution, campaign tracking, reporting consistency, and pipeline visibility
  • Partner closely with Revenue Operations to improve system synchronization, lifecycle integrity, routing logic, and operational reporting
  • Build scalable operational processes for inbound, outbound, ABM, nurture, and customer marketing programs
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that surface actionable GTM insights
  • Improve database health through enrichment, deduplication, governance standards, and ongoing operational maintenance
  • Identify opportunities to improve GTM efficiency through automation and AI-enabled workflows
  • Support operational execution across campaigns, webinars, events, outbound motions, and integrated GTM initiatives
  • Improve operational scalability and reduce dependency on tribal knowledge through documentation and process standardization
  • Help establish operational best practices and governance standards across marketing systems and workflows

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience working in Marketing Operations, GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, Demand Generation Operations, or a similarly analytical operational role
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Workato, Snowflake, Zapier, ZoomInfo or similar GTM and data visualization tools 
  • Strong systems thinking and operational problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience supporting marketing automation, segmentation, attribution, lifecycle management, lead routing, or campaign operations
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working in reporting, operational diagnostics, and process optimization
  • Interest in AI-enabled workflows, automation, and modern GTM technologies
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Comfortable operating in evolving environments and helping build scalable operational infrastructure
