Own and evolve Nulogy's Quality & Compliance product across inspections, food safety, EHS, document control, supplier compliance, and traceability. Drive delivery of FSMA 204 traceability, grow product adoption and ARR, publish a validated roadmap, ship AI-assisted capabilities, establish operating cadence with engineering and stakeholders, and sharpen market positioning with Sales and Marketing.

Provide technical customer support for Nulogy's manufacturing software across EMEA: handle inquiries by email/phone, log tickets, reproduce/report defects, create reports, update knowledge base, and collaborate with development to meet SLAs.

The Customer Success Manager drives customer outcomes, adoption of Nulogy’s Manufacturing Operating System, and protects annual revenue by managing relationships and identifying expansion opportunities.

Lead and manage a cross-functional Agile product team, ensuring delivery, coaching developers, staffing and hiring, collaborating with Product Management on roadmap and resourcing, participating in engineering work (code reviews, on-call), tracking Kanban metrics, and driving team growth and performance.
