The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for owning the end-to-end strategy, governance, and execution of prospect data and list management across Sales and Marketing. This role ensures that all GTM motions are supported by accurate, enriched, well-governed, and actionable account and contact data. The role reports directly to the VP of Demand Gen and partners closely with Marketing, RevOps, Sales Operations, Master Data Management, Product, and Analytics teams to improve targeting, personalization, pipeline efficiency, and ROI visibility. 

B2B SaaS Experience preferred.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • May coach, review, and/or delegate work to other team members 
  • Own the List Management Program across all GTM motions (Acquisition, Expansion, Competitive Displacement).  
  • Define and document standardized processes for list sourcing, intake, enrichment, hygiene, segmentation, and retirement.  
  • Serve as the single accountable owner for prospect list quality, governance, and performance measurement.  
  • Define data requirements to support ICP-based targeting for MSP and Mid-Market Enterprise (IIT) segments.  
  • Own external list purchase strategy, intake workflows, normalization, tagging, and ROI tracking.  
  • Establish ongoing account and contact data hygiene processes, including invalid record removal and duplicate remediation.  
  • Partner with Master Data Management Team to define ownership, SLAs, and escalation paths for data quality issues.  
  • Centralize and operationalize first-party & third-party data sources in partnership with RevOps 
  • Define segmentation and enrichment standards to ensure lists are activation-ready before entering campaigns or sequences. 
  • Partner with Analytics to define success metrics and reporting for list quality, pipeline contribution, and ROI. 
  • Establish feedback loops with Sales and SDR teams to continuously improve ICP accuracy and data effectiveness.  
  • Identify and implement automation and AI use cases that improve data quality, scalability, and operational efficiency. 

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required

  • Ability to manage large projects and processes independently with limited supervision 
  • Recognized subject matter expert of applicable work area 
  • Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per [business/partner] requirement 
  • Strong understanding of GTM data strategy, list management, and CRM governance.  
  • Proven ability to design and operationalize scalable processes across cross-functional teams.  
  • Deep experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.  
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Operations.  
  • Ability to translate complex data and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.  
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 

Working Conditions

  • Onsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on location 
  • 0–10% travel may be required.
