What You'll Do
Leadership & Team Development
- Manage and coach direct report(s), ensuring clarity of goals, accountability, and professional growth.
- Build scalable processes and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Data Management & Availability
- Unify marketing data across disparate systems (CRM, MAP, paid media, analytics platforms) into a single, trusted view.
- Partner with IT, Analytics, and divisional teams to ensure integrations and data pipelines are accurate, consistent, and accessible.
- Establish data governance practices to improve availability, accuracy, and usability for reporting and analysis.
Tracking & Attribution
- Own campaign tracking architecture, UTM governance, and attribution setup.
- QA lead routing and conversion tracking to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain alignment across platforms to eliminate duplicate or misattributed data.
Reporting & Dashboards
- Build dashboards for spend, performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting for daily operational use and executive insights.
- Collaborate with Analytics to deliver clear, actionable performance readouts.
Testing & Incrementality
- Lead experiment design and incrementality measurement across campaigns.
- Ensure tests are properly instrumented and results are trustworthy.
- Share learnings broadly to refine investment and optimization decisions.
Process & Governance
- Establish and enforce data quality standards across all performance marketing activities.
- Create governance frameworks for routing, QA, and reporting accuracy.
- Continuously optimize processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Tools & Technology
Fluency with marketing operations and analytics tools, including:
- Analytics & Attribution: Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, attribution platforms.
- CRM & MAP Systems: Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or equivalent.
- Tracking & QA: Tag management systems, UTM governance tools.
- Collaboration & Workflow: Project management and campaign orchestration platforms.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure
- 7+ years in marketing operations, performance marketing, or related data-driven marketing roles.
- Experience managing and developing operational or technical talent.
- Proven expertise in tracking, attribution, and campaign QA.
- Hands-on experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and governance processes.
- Strong attention to detail, with a reputation for data accuracy and operational rigor.
- Collaborative leader who can partner across marketing, analytics, and technology teams.

Salary Range: $95,400.00 - $127,100.00
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location
