We seek a detail-oriented and strategic-minded Manager, Marketing Operations to join our team. As the Manager, you will partner with our Marketing and Revenue operations team by optimizing our marketing processes, implementing efficient workflows, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive marketing effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing analytics, project management, and marketing technology platforms.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Marketing Technology Management:

  • Manage and optimize marketing technology, including Marketo, 6Sense, Drift, Outreach, Full Circle, and other marketing platforms


  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and other relevant stakeholders to integrate and maintain marketing systems


  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in marketing technology to ensure the company remains competitive


2. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze marketing performance data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives through Full Circle and other marketing attribution platforms


  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key insights and performance metrics to stakeholders


  • Identify trends and opportunities for optimization based on data analysis


3. Marketing Process Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency


  • Develop and implement standardized workflows and best practices across marketing teams


  • Continuously monitor and evaluate marketing processes to identify areas for improvement


4. People Management:

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to enable high quality work and strong team performance


  • Coach, motivate and lead team member(s) to help reach their optimum performance level(s)


What You Bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or related roles


  • 4-5 years Marketo experience and Marketo certification required


  • Experience managing people; with a focus on development, performance, and productivity


  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting


  • Proven track record of optimizing marketing processes and driving efficiency


  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on continuous improvement


  • Proficiency in marketing technology platforms such as SFDC, Marketo, Outreach, and others


  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
