Job Description:
Arrow Electronics is a leading provider of global supply chain solutions, helping businesses optimize and manage complex operations across industries. Our marketing team supports Arrow Global Supply Chain Solutions, SiliconExpert, and Converge—driving engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to own the governance, execution, and optimization of our marketing operations ecosystem. This role will be responsible for managing and advancing our marketing technology stack, with a primary focus on HubSpot execution, process governance, and Salesforce integration, while providing secondary support and guidance on WordPress.

What You'll Be Doing:
Own and evolve marketing operations governance, including campaign structure, lifecycle stages, data standards, and process compliance across all brands.
Establish scalable frameworks for campaign execution, lead management, and reporting consistency.
Act as the central authority for marketing operations best practices, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and product teams.
Serve as the primary platform owner for HubSpot, including hands-on configuration and execution of workflows, automation, and backend processes.
Build, manage, and optimize lead nurturing workflows, scoring models, segmentation, and lifecycle automation.
Ensure seamless integration and data flow between HubSpot and Salesforce, including lead routing, attribution, and pipeline visibility.
Troubleshoot and continuously improve system performance, automation logic, and data synchronization.
Knowledge of attribution modeling.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks across HubSpot and Salesforce.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all systems.
Deliver actionable insights on campaign performance, funnel health, and ROI.
Marketing Technology & Integrations
Administer and optimize the marketing technology stack, with HubSpot as the core execution platform.
Evaluate and implement tools, integrations, and AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Maintain system architecture and ensure all tools are aligned with business and reporting needs.
WordPress & Web Support
Provide secondary support and guidance on WordPress, partnering with internal or external web teams.
Ensure proper integration between WordPress and HubSpot for forms, tracking, and lead capture.
Contribute to conversations around website optimization, conversion paths, and UX from a marketing operations perspective (not primary developer or owner).
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
7+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or similar roles.

Strong understanding of marketing data, attribution, lead scoring, and funnel optimization.
Demonstrated ability to build and enforce scalable processes and governance frameworks.
