We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who will oversee complex marketing workflows, manage our global webinar operations, and serve as the primary administrator for key platforms such as Wrike and Webex. This role requires someone who can balance operational rigor with excellent communication skills, ensuring smooth execution across global teams and marketing initiatives.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations with a strong foundation in project management and webinar execution
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. You bring expertise in managing webinar platforms (such as ON24, Zoom Events, or Webex) and hands-on experience with project management systems like Wrike, Asana, or Monday.com
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with confidence in hosting live global webinars.
- Proficient in process documentation, training delivery, and maintaining clean, reliable data across marketing platforms.
- Strong written and verbal English communication is essential for success in this role
It would be great if you also had
- Experience creating dashboards or data visualizations in tools like Power BI, especially for reporting on webinar performance and project status.
- Knowledge of CRM or MAP integrations, such as Salesforce or Eloqua, particularly how webinar data flows into downstream systems.
- Basic video editing skills to clean up webinar recordings or create highlight clips for promotional use.
- The ability to interpret data and provide narrative insights (“storytelling”) to guide strategic improvements in webinar and campaign performance.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Managing the end-to-end webinar lifecycle, from intake of requests via Wrike, to maintaining a global calendar, to configuring events in Webex.
- Hosting and producing live webinars to ensure a seamless and professional audience experience.
- Serving as the primary administrator for Wrike, managing user onboarding/offboarding, monitoring workflows, and driving timely project task completion.
- Delivering process and platform training to new users and internal teams, supporting the execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels, and maintaining and optimizing the marketing technology stack to improve overall efficiency and data integrity.
- Building and delivering performance reports, providing insights that help refine webinar strategy and enhance future outcomes.
About the Team
Works collaboratively with global teams to ensure smooth execution and implementation of marketing campaigns planned by other areas of the marketing organization.
Hours of Work
- You will be expected to work on a work schedule (12 noon to 9pm IST) to provide for reasonable hours of collaborative work with the US team.
- We are working in a Hybrid Work mode.
