AlertMedia is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager (Remote) to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management. You’ll also conduct data analyses that will be used to inform strategic decisions across the entire marketing team and other parts of the business.

You are passionate about optimizing marketing processes and data accessibility and have a roll-up-your-sleeves approach with a willingness to support the team and business. You love to learn and bring a data-driven approach to iterative improvement. 

What you get to do every day: 

  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the marketing funnel and operational metrics and deliver regular insights to the business.  
  • Define and deliver recommendations to improve funnel performance for marketing management & other stakeholders.  
  • Consistently optimize marketing processes and technologies through automations and integrations. 
  • Build and maintain lead scoring program to help with lead prioritization and reporting.  
  • Manage all aspects of lead to opportunity funnel, including statuses and reporting.  
  • Ensure data quality within the marketing database. 
  • Evaluate new technologies to improve marketing performance.  
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the revenue operations team to ensure optimal processes & practices throughout the lead lifecycle. 

What you bring to the role: 

  • 3+ years of marketing operations experience  
  • Strong Marketo experience required; proficiency in Salesforce and other marketing systems (Outreach, Zoominfo, Qualified, UserGems, and more) 
  • Strong data management and analytic abilities required  
  • Roll-up-your-sleeves approach with a willingness to take on "non-role-specific" marketing duties as needed to support the team and business  
  • Position is open for remote location except for in the following states: Alaska, Colorado, Hawaii, Louisiana, Montana, North Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, U.S. territories
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

Hybrid Workspace

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.

Our hybrid policy provides flexibility so employees can work and collaborate from home or in our Austin offices, either full- or part-time. We ask employees in Austin to join us on Tuesday for company-sponsored lunch to connect and learn together.
