Job Overview:

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager, Paid Social to ensure flawless execution and delivery of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end operational flow of our social advertising—uploading ads, launching campaigns, monitoring delivery, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring every campaign runs smoothly and efficiently.

Reporting to the VP of Growth, you’ll collaborate closely with channel strategists, creative, and analytics teams to bring paid social plans to life. You’ll ensure campaigns are built accurately, launch on schedule, adhere to best practices, and deliver according to performance and compliance standards.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support the execution of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms
  • Upload and QA ads, ensuring accurate setup, tracking, and adherence to naming conventions
  • Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and performance to flag and help resolve technical or delivery issues
  • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to ensure assets, tracking links, and reporting are correctly implemented
  • Assist with troubleshooting pixel, tracking, and attribution issues in coordination with analytics and engineering teams
  • Maintain organized records of campaigns, creatives, audiences, and budgets across all paid social platforms
  • Prepare regular performance and pacing reports for review by senior team members
  • Stay current on platform updates and ad policy changes to ensure compliance and operational excellence

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting paid social campaign execution across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other major platforms
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, preferred
  • Strong understanding of Ads Manager tools, campaign setup processes, and ad trafficking best practices
  • Proven ability to QA, troubleshoot, and resolve campaign setup or delivery issues quickly and accurately
  • Familiarity with tracking tools (UTMs, pixels, APIs) and experience ensuring accurate data flow and attribution
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Effective communicator and collaborator across creative, analytics, and growth teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
