Bobtail seeks a systems and process-oriented Marketing Operations Lead to join our team. If you love creating connections and solving problems through technology, automation, and teamwork, then this is the position for you! 

You should apply if you have:

  • Fluency in English and Punjabi
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Ability to get up to speed on new technologies and platforms quickly
  • Skills and knowledge of marketing automation, using email and SMS
  • Experience designing, documenting, and maintaining systems for sales, marketing, or operations teams.
  • Experience using HubSpot as a CRM and marketing automation platform.
  • Experience using Zapier or a similar platform to automate processes.
  • Knowledge of and interest in the US trucking industry, financial technology, and/or entrepreneurship.
  • Experience using the Salesforce CRM is preferred.
  • Experience using Referral Rock or a similar referral platform is preferred.

You will be responsible for:

  • Updating and maintaining the public-facing website
  • Working with customer-facing teams to improve Bobtail’s ratings on Google Business, Trustpilot, and Better Business Bureau.
  • Collaborating with product and customer-facing teams to communicate with customers regarding updates to products and services.
  • Managing approval processes for collateral with external partners.
  • Managing customer and affiliate referral programs using Referral Rock.
  • Reporting on progress toward marketing objectives and results.
