Steno is growing! We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our winning team, which is revolutionizing the court reporting industry every single day. In this role, you will work closely with our Revenue Operations and Marketing teams on projects that impact our entire GTM organization.

On a regular basis you will 

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Go-To-Market teams, including ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of CRM data and reporting. 
  • Triage and resolve requests from GTM stakeholders related to marketing systems, lists, workflows, and campaign operations.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, and cross-functional teams, to implement process improvements and automation
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and funnel data to improve campaign effectiveness and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects aimed at improving client acquisition, lead quality, and conversion throughout the buyer’s journey
  • Contribute to documentation and training around RevOps tools and best practices. 


You’re gonna crush it if

  • You have 1+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Marketing Operations, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • You have familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and marketing automation tools.
  • You have strong analytical skills and experience working with data in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
  • You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • You are a proactive team player who’s eager to learn and grow


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary -$70,500 - $87,500

Composed of Marketing, Inside Sales, and Outside Sales teams, we work in direct partnership with our Customer Success and Executive teams to drive awareness and revenue while remaining laser-focused on creating and sustaining exceptional client relationships.
