Job Description:

Under the direction of the Marketing Supervisor, this position will work closely with firm lawyers and other marketing team members to support marketing and business development activities for the firm’s practice, sector, and office initiatives in the US and Latin America. The position requires an agile self-starter, with accomplished critical thinking skills, who can partner with other marketing, business development, administrative, and executive team members to achieve business objectives. To be successful in this role, this position will demonstrate the ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with little to no supervision.    We are seeking remote candidates who reside in the Central Time Zone but are open to strong candidates across the United States. This position has a shift of 8am-5pm CT.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • A Sr. Marketing Coordinator is considered a subject matter expert and key strategic contributor driving large-scale impact and innovation. This role can prioritize competing deadlines, anticipate client needs, and proactively troubleshoot to deliver accurate and valuable services on time. A Sr. Marketing Coordinator can overcome ambiguity by utilizing resources to complete tasks.

  • Provide support to the firm’s sponsorship programs by using strong organizational skills and exhibiting a strong attention to detail. This includes serving as a liaison to work cross-functionally to fulfill signed contract deliverables, including logo placements, branded content creation, product donations, and presence at sponsored events.

  • Expected to serve as a liaison for event support; this includes but is not limited to serving as the primary point of contact to drive the execution of the event such as joining planning calls, drafting electronic invites, scheduling tech runs, coordinating email schedules, requesting CLE credits, attending webinars while keeping the stakeholders informed.

  • Assists in compiling presentations, key metrics, and reports to leadership.

  • Utilizes ServiceNow! to track all workflow; InterAction for CRM and Experience Hub (Intapp) for experience reporting.

  • Assists with day-to-day requests such as bio updates, reports, and research per SLA turnaround times.

  • Actively participates in lawyer meetings as requested/appropriate.

  • Other duties as assigned..

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4- year college degree required.

  • Marketing/business development experience in a professional services environment a minimum. Previous law firm experience a plus.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

  • Proven ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Strong organizational skills necessary to coordinate various operational tasks.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, as well, must possess strong problem-solving capabilities.

  • High energy, reacts with appropriate sense of urgency, focuses on high quality product production and service delivery.

  • Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills critical, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Communication and data analysis skills, client service orientation, project management, and the ability to generate immediate credibility with firm lawyers are also essential

The Compensation range for this role is 25.00 to 30.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
