Join our team as a Marketing Coordination and Operations Associate, where you'll play a crucial role in orchestrating our digital marketing efforts. Your work will ensure the seamless execution of projects and foster effective collaboration across our Digital Experience function, while maximizing the performance of our initiatives. 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Dive into the heart of digital marketing initiatives by receiving and reviewing briefs, then skillfully allocating tasks to our dynamic teams. 
  • Ensure that digital marketing initiatives are delivered smoothly on time, and meet high standards, with a focus on strategic alignment and business objectives. 
  • Manage our digital marketing initiatives dashboard, orchestrating projects to success while aligning with their bespoke briefs and providing strategic oversight. 
  • Harness your critical thinking and prioritization skills, proactively identifying potential risks related to project deadlines and objectives. 
  • Become the communication maestro who liaises with multiple stakeholders, oversees project delivery and ensures alignment with overall business goals. 
  • Leverage data-driven insights to monitor, analyze, and continuously optimize campaign performance, ensuring alignment with growth and revenue targets. 

 Minimum required skills and qualifications:

  • Academic background (MSc level is highly desirable) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Extensive experience in project management of marketing initiatives and campaigns with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. 
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to design, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights to enhance campaign performance. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with impeccable attention to detail and a results-driven mindset. 
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude; capable of maintaining the appropriate tone across different functions and tailoring messaging for various stakeholders. 
  • Comfortable using PM tools; expertise in Wrike and knowledge of digital marketing platforms is highly desirable. 
  • Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)

Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.

If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:

  • A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
  • Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
  • HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
  • Financial background check
  • Employment reference check.
  • If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.

In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
