We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for the execution of all activities related to e-commerce and digital campaigns. The successful candidate will, among other, design, implement & monitor e-commerce campaigns according to our digital marketing strategy, in order to achieve the desired results. Duties and responsibilities:

  • Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across PPC, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign data to maximize ROI.
  • Audience Segmentation: Use data insights to target specific audience segments.
  • Budget Management: Optimize campaign budgets for cost efficiency.
  • SEO & SEM: Alling with content team to boost organic search rankings and manage paid search campaigns.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Improve website and landing page performance for higher conversions.
  • Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Reporting & Insights: Deliver actionable reports to drive continuous improvement and ideas for growth.

Minimum required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Min 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign management, performance analysis, and optimization is a must.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, platforms, and advertising channels.
  • Very good knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Proactive and results driven mindset.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • ECDL Advance level certification or equivalent is a plus.

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)

Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.

If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:

  • A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
  • Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
  • HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
  • Financial background check
  • Employment reference check.
  • If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.

In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
