About the Role:

As a Marketing Operations associate at CleverTap, you’ll play a critical role in building and maintaining the data foundation that powers our global marketing engine. You’ll be part of the Marketing Operations team, working closely with Demand Generation, Sales Development, and Growth teams to ensure our outreach is targeted and impactful.

In this role, you’ll be the architect of our prospect data, responsible for database building, contact enrichment, and the operational health of our automated engagement channels. Your work will directly achieve higher conversion rates and better lead quality by ensuring our team reaches the right person at the right time. This is a great role for someone who’s excited to dive deep into marketing technology and contribute to the growth of a market-leading AI engagement platform.

What will you do:

  • Database Strategy: Build and maintain high-quality prospect databases to fuel global demand generation and outbound campaigns.

  • Contact Enrichment: Lead the process of enriching prospect profiles with accurate firmographic and contact data using specialized intelligence tools.

  • Key Contact Monitoring: Track job changes and organizational shifts within target accounts to ensure our database remains current and actionable.

  • Email Ops Support: Assist in the technical setup of email marketing workflows, ensuring high deliverability and list hygiene.

  • Chatbot Management: Oversee daily chatbot operations, optimizing conversation flows to capture and qualify inbound traffic efficiently.

  • Data Integrity: Perform regular audits of the marketing database to identify and resolve duplicates or outdated information.

  • Cross-functional Sync: Partner with Sales Development to ensure enriched leads are seamlessly routed and ready for outreach.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on database health metrics and the impact of enrichment on campaign performance.

What are we looking for?

Must Have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Sales Operations, preferably within a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and Lead Intelligence tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo, or Lusha).

  • Strong understanding of database management, email marketing principles, and lead lifecycle stages.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • A detail-oriented problem solver who thrives on data accuracy and can manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.

Good to have:

  • Experience with chatbot platforms like Drift, Intercom, or Qualified.

  • Basic knowledge of Marketing Automation Platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.

Measures of Success:

  • Database Health: Maintain a data accuracy and completeness score of over 95% for target accounts.

  • Operational Reliability: Ensure 100% uptime for chatbot flows and zero delays in lead enrichment processing.

  • Lead Quality: Increase the "Sales Acceptance Rate" (SAR) by providing more enriched and verified contact data to the sales team.
