Ruvixx is looking for an entry-level Marketing Operations Assistant to support the operational side of our regional marketing team.
This role is not focused on social media content creation or community management. We are looking for someone who is interested in the data, CRM, reporting, and process side of marketing.
You’ll be supporting campaign execution, CRM data management, reporting workflows, spreadsheet tracking, and marketing performance follow-up across the region.
This role could be a strong fit if you enjoy:
- Working with marketing data, reports, and dashboards.
- Organizing campaign information and keeping records accurate.
- Supporting CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and data quality reviews.
- Using Excel or Google Sheets to clean, organize, and track information.
- Understanding marketing metrics such as CTR, conversions, ROI, cost-per-result, leads, and campaign performance.
- Coordinating follow-ups and helping marketing workflows run smoothly.
What you’ll do:
- Support campaign setup and operational execution.
- Assist with CRM data updates, data quality checks, and pipeline tracking.
- Prepare, clean, and organize lists, spreadsheets, and campaign data.
- Maintain Excel/Google Sheets trackers, operational dashboards, and reporting logs.
- Help review campaign performance metrics and regional marketing results.
- Document recurring processes and support workflow improvements.
- Work with tools such as CRM platforms, project boards, dashboards, and marketing automation systems.
What we’re looking for:
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM support, campaign coordination, reporting, data management, or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of basic marketing concepts such as campaigns, leads, funnels, conversions, segmentation, CTR, ROI, and performance metrics.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Interest in the operational and technical side of marketing.
- Good written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage recurring tasks and follow structured processes.
Nice to have:
- Experience or exposure to Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.
- Familiarity with Marketo or other marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
- Exposure to Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or campaign performance reporting.
- Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Trello, Runrun.it, or similar tools.

Skills Required
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, CRM administration, or data management

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Validation
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
- Associate degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- English-language CV
