How You'll Make Impact:

  • Partner Marketing Operations enables Partner Marketing at Xero perform at its best through the enablement of best-in-class data, technology and process. Your work will help the Partner Marketing team measure and optimise for success, while creating scalable and beautiful experiences for our partners and customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Reporting to the Head of Partner Marketing Operations, you’ll:
  • Support a global team of Partner Marketers with all-things data analytics, campaign and data operations.
  • Maintain and continuously improve Partner Marketing’s key dashboards, datasets and reporting cadences.
  • Build globally scalable measurement frameworks, methodologies and dashboards, including delivering documentation and enablement to uplift data and analytics proficiency across the Partner Marketing team.
  • Effectively manage a fast-paced inbound work queue and balance a medium to long-term project roadmap.
  • Work with Marketing Technology and Engineering to improve data pipelines and their availability in Xero reporting tools to unlock new reporting capabilities.
  • Act as Partner Marketing’s data and analytical systems expert, including supporting the investigation, diagnosing and troubleshooting of errors, providing consultation and/or training as requiredSupport ad hoc data and analytics requirements from the Partner Marketing team.
  • Be fully aligned to Partner Marketing Objectives and Key Results and Xero’s Partner Marketing and Sales funnel, proactively identifying data-led ways to solve for business and customer challenges.
  •  Align yourself with other Analytics and Operations teams at Xero, bringing best practices back to Partner Marketing.

What You'll Bring:
