The Marketing Operations Analyst at Conductor based in our NYC Headquarters, will focus on working closely with the sales and marketing teams to build, execute, maintain and analyze marketing automation programs that drives new business and increases customer renewals. This role will be responsible for creating scalable processes for our organization that ensure standard methodologies in lead generation and database management. This role will report to the Director, Marketing Operations.
A day in the life will look like..
- Support essential marketing operations initiatives including building/executing campaigns, managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation and data cleansing.
- Build and test marketing campaign assets including emails, landing pages and forms
- Develop, monitor, test and optimize Marketo programs for all stages of the marketing and sales funnels.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring that all activities occur as planned and that campaigns are executed on time, from scheduling to design, production and distribution.
- Develop and maintain marketing operations processes and documentation to support communication and efficiency across the marketing team
- Uncover inaccuracies or inefficiencies with data or processes and then develop and implement solutions that scale
- Focus on automation of manual tasks and on ways to fill the gaps in our technology stack
- Perform day-to-day system maintenance and configuration of Marketo, driving improvements and employing best practices.
- Iterate with key stakeholders to improve and maintain dashboards and accurate pipeline measurement and sourcing
- Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests for global marketing organization and identify opportunities for improved reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing automation within a B2B SaaS company
- Proficient in using Marketo and other marketing automation platforms
- Skilled in campaign management across diverse channels, including email, webinars, events, direct mail, paid social, and organic social
- Strong expertise in reporting, including channel performance, attribution, and ROI analysis
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams with strong communication skills
- Marketo certification preferred but not required
- Ability to work from our NYC HQ 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday) with Friday being remote

Compensation: Conductor maintains competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
The NYC base salary range for this role is currently $75,000 - $111,000. Actual base salary offered may vary within this range based on education, knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience, internal equity, and geographic location, among other factors. The actual compensation, if offered a position, will be based on these factors.
