We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Marketing Officer to support the growth of the client company by identifying new business opportunities, expanding client acquisition channels, and strengthening partnerships.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in increasing sales and Transaction count, Client relationship, and building long-term relationships with clients,  Businesses, and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Lead Generation

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales of Bank product.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote Sales and increase daily transaction.
  • Generate and convert leads through marketing, outreach, and networking activities.

Client & Relationship Management

    • Identify and recruit new customers for savings, loans, and other banking products.
    • Mobilize deposits from individuals, groups, and businesses.
    • Generate loan leads and support the loan application process.
    • Achieve monthly and annual marketing and business growth targets.

  • Marketing and Promotion

    • Promote the bank's products and services through direct marketing activities.
    • Organize community outreach programs, market campaigns, and promotional events.
    • Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
    • Distribute marketing materials and educate potential customers on available products.

    Sales & Reporting

    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market feedback.
    • Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions using CRM tools.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
    • Conduct follow up visits to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
    • Resolve customer compliants and escalate issues when necessary
  • Market Research and Intelligence
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
    • Identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
    • Provide feedback and recommendations to management on market developments


  • RequirementsQualifications and Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Economics, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in banking or financial services.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Good knowledge of microfinance products and services.
    • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Strong networking and customer relationship management skills.


    Skills Required

    • Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Economics, or related field
    • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development
    • Experience in banking or financial services
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
