LeadingIT is looking for a high-impact Marketing Manager responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, social media management, and business growth. This is not a maintenance-focused marketing role. Your focus will be developing and executing marketing strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and creating campaigns that generate meaningful business results.

• Create new leads
• Drive the campaign process
• Oversee social media posts
• Use data to improve marketing outcomes
• Align marketing initiatives with business goals

Our all-inclusive total compensation and benefits package for this role includes: 

• Salary for this position is $78,000 per year.
• We provide 100% company paid health, dental, life, and vision benefits – value of $5,500 to $19,000/year 
• We match 5% of your contributions to Guideline 401k – value of 5% of salary.

• Company provided gear as well as company clothing.
