We are seeking an analytical, data-savvy Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing Mobility team. Sitting at the intersection of data analysis, campaign strategy, and retention, this role serves as the commercial engine room of our marketing ecosystem.
Instead of running rigid, pre-determined tactics, you will use data to diagnose the end-to-end customer funnel and deploy high-impact solutions. On any given week, you might launch a brand awareness campaign, design a customer advocacy framework, or engineer data-driven loyalty plays. Highly proficient in AI and deeply commercial, you will also secure and execute co-marketing initiatives with key ecosystem partners to scale acquisition.
Key ResponsibilitiesFunnel Diagnosis & Data Analysis: Continuously audit the customer journey from awareness to advocacy. Translate raw CRM and product data into growth experiments, using AI data tools and predictive analytics to fast-track cohort analysis and predict churn.
Agile Campaign Architecture: Own the end-to-end execution of full-funnel integrated campaigns across paid and owned channels. Pull the right marketing levers based on funnel health, partnering with agencies or leveraging advanced AI workflows to scale personalized multimedia assets.
Strategic Growth Partnerships: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Head of SMB to unlock new acquisition channels through top-tier partner ecosystems. Seamlessly integrate partner value propositions into our core onboarding and lifecycle streams.
Performance & Operational Excellence: Define, track, and optimize key commercial metrics including LTV, CAC, Churn Rate, and Brand Share of Voice. Ensure a consistent, best-in-class user experience across all digital and physical touchpoints.
Experience: 6+ years in Growth Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Marketing Operations with a strong commercial focus.
Analytical Savvy: Proven ability to navigate complex datasets using tools like Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Tableau, or PowerBI to find growth opportunities.
Campaign & Brand Agility: Track record of executing multi-channel brand campaigns, loyalty frameworks, or performance marketing strategies.
AI Proficiency: High comfort level using GenAI and predictive tools for content scale, workflow automation, and data analysis.
Partnership Management: Experience managing external agencies, corporate partners, or ecosystem co-marketing relationships.
Data-First & Action-Oriented: You make marketing decisions based on evidence and trends, not just intuition.
Agile Problem Solver: A proactive thinker who enjoys looking at the big picture and pivoting tactics to fix critical funnel gaps.
Commercial Mindset: You look at marketing through a business lens, prioritizing activities that move revenue and conversion.
Collaborative Diplomat: Adept at working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and external partners.
