The Role
F-Prime's tech fund is excited to hire a Marketing Manager who will work with key stakeholders to develop and execute community and marketing initiatives to amplify F-Prime's voice via thought leadership and bringing our key communities together. This role is for you if you are a data-driven project leader, who loves to build community and engagement through effective events and marketing campaigns.
This is a high-autonomy role where you will collaborate to identify impactful opportunities and design campaigns to build the brand of F-Prime’s tech fund.
This is not an investment-oriented role and is an in-person hybrid role out of our Cambridge, MA office.
What you’ll do:
- Develop processes to help oversee a consistent community and events experience while also leading the execution of events for key communities, including our founders, portfolio leaders and industry leaders.
- Support our content strategy devise new ideas to help amplify content and engagement with materials.
- Be responsible for our fund’s newsletter strategy (Fintech Prime Time & Robotics Roundup) and identify creative opportunities to grow our audience.
- Manage F-Prime’s tech fund’s public presence and digital footprint including social media channels.
- Lead the charge of how we can best integrate AI tools into our marketing function.
- Support strategic special projects that arise during the year, which could include surveys, reports, new community launches, content (i.e. podcasts), and more.
About you
- Experience building sophisticated marketing campaigns including event strategies.
- Robust understanding of marketing tools and workflows that leverage AI.
- Self-starter, motivated and able to multitask and prioritize workload across multiple stakeholders.
- Passion for the startup ecosystem (Extra Credit: understanding of B2B communication in either fintech or enterprise SaaS).
- Minimum of three to five years of work in marketing and events in venture capital, startups ecosystem, or adjacent industry.
