Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven marketing manager to lead our marketing initiatives, strengthen brand positioning, and drive lead generation for corporate events, conferences, and event services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote Hire4Event services
- Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
- Generate quality leads for corporate events, conferences, and artist bookings.
- Handle website content, landing pages, and campaign optimisation.
- Plan and execute branding and promotional activities
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams for campaign alignment
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI, and optimize accordingly
- Manage agency/vendor relationships (if any)
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing (event industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and branding
- Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM, etc.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in corporate event or B2B marketing
- Content marketing and campaign planning expertise
- Basic understanding of event industry trends
