Job Type: Full-Time

About Fulfillment IQ (FIQ):

At Fulfillment IQ, we’re disruptors in the supply chain and logistics sector. As an award-winning supply chain tech company, we design and deliver cutting-edge solutions for D2C brands, retailers, and 3PLs. Our teams thrive on solving complex logistics challenges, from developing custom software and advising on tech stack selection to implementing advanced supply chain technology.

If you’re passionate about problem-solving, thrive in dynamic environments, and want to make an impact, we’d love to have you on board.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to own and drive marketing for Fulfillment IQ across products, services, and growth initiatives. This role is designed for an execution-first marketing leader who can bring focus, structure, and cohesion to the marketing function while working closely with the Chief Strategy Officer to ensure marketing is aligned, impactful, and revenue-driven.

You will be responsible for ensuring that marketing efforts consistently generate high-quality leads, support pipeline creation, and move revenue forward. A critical component of this role is supporting events and conferences, which are Fulfillment IQ’s most important channel for sourcing qualified opportunities and building executive-level relationships.

This role requires strong judgment, comfort operating across multiple marketing disciplines, and the ability to translate strategy into clear priorities and disciplined execution. Prior experience in logistics or supply chain environments and practical use of AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and output are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Ownership & Revenue Alignment

·       Own end-to-end marketing across product marketing, growth, content, brand, website execution, and events.

·       Partner closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and sales leadership to align marketing priorities with revenue goals.

·       Translate business and go-to-market strategy into focused marketing initiatives that support pipeline growth and deal progression.

·       Ensure marketing activity is prioritized and measured based on lead quality and revenue impact.

Events & Conference Marketing (Primary Channel)

·       Own marketing strategy and execution for industry events, conferences, and hosted experiences.

·       Partner with sales and leadership to define event objectives, target accounts, and success metrics.

·       Support pre-event outreach, on-site positioning, and post-event follow-up to maximize qualified pipeline.

·       Ensure events generate meaningful sales conversations and high-quality leads, not just visibility.

·       Track and report on event-driven pipeline, conversion, and ROI.

Team Leadership & Orchestration

·       Lead and coordinate content, design, and front-end website execution to ensure consistency across all marketing outputs.

·       Act as the central point of accountability connecting creative, technical, and commercial workstreams.

·       Establish clear workflows, priorities, quality standards, and delivery expectations.

·       Ensure marketing operates as a cohesive, well-run function rather than a set of disconnected activities.

Product Marketing & Positioning

·       Own ICP clarity, segmentation, and messaging across Fulfillment IQ’s offerings.

·       Develop and maintain strong value propositions, use cases, and solution narratives for logistics, retail, and 3PL audiences.

·       Ensure consistency across website copy, sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and event materials.

·       Refine messaging based on market feedback, sales insight, and customer outcomes.

Growth Marketing & Demand Enablement

·       Support pipeline creation through campaigns, account-based initiatives, partnerships, and event-led follow-ups.

·       Enable sales with high-quality assets that support deal progression and credibility.

·       Evaluate performance based on pipeline contribution and opportunity quality.

·       Optimize initiatives based on data, feedback, and commercial outcomes.

Content, Brand & Website Execution

·       Oversee development of thought leadership, content, and narrative-driven assets.

·       Ensure the website remains current, clear, and aligned with product positioning and sales priorities.

·       Coordinate front-end website updates, landing pages, and ongoing improvements.

·       Maintain brand consistency and quality across all external-facing materials.

Marketing Analytics, Systems & AI Enablement

·       Define and track core marketing metrics tied to lead quality, pipeline influence, and execution effectiveness.

·       Deliver clear, actionable marketing performance updates to leadership.

·       Use AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, analysis, and iteration.

·       Identify opportunities to embed AI into workflows to increase leverage and reduce manual effort.

Qualifications:

·       7–8 years of experience in B2B marketing with hands-on responsibility across multiple marketing disciplines.

·       Prior experience in logistics or supply chain environments is required.

·       Demonstrated ability to operate as both a strategic thinker and hands-on executor.

·       Experience coordinating creative and technical marketing execution (content, design, website).

·       Experience supporting events and conferences as a demand-generation channel.

·       Practical experience using AI tools to improve marketing speed, quality, and efficiency.

·       Strong communication, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Cultural Fit:

·       Execution-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

·       Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.

·       Structured thinker who brings clarity and focus to complex initiatives.

·       Collaborative and outcomes-driven.

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days:

By the end of Month 1:

·       Develop a deep understanding of Fulfillment IQ’s offerings, ICPs, and revenue model.

·       Build strong working relationships with leadership and sales teams.

·       Review existing content, website, events strategy, and marketing workflows.

By the end of Month 2:

·       Establish a clear operating rhythm across content, design, website, and event execution.

·       Improve clarity and consistency of core product messaging across key assets.

·       Support at least one priority event or conference with clear lead and pipeline goals.

By the end of Month 3:

·       Deliver a consolidated marketing performance view tied to pipeline, events, and execution.

·       Ensure website and priority assets are aligned to sales and growth priorities.

·       Present a focused roadmap for scaling marketing impact and lead quality.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

·       Lead Quality: Percentage of marketing-sourced leads that convert to qualified opportunities.

·       Pipeline Influence: Marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline contribution.

·       Event ROI: Pipeline and opportunity value generated from events and conferences.

·       Marketing Execution Reliability: On-time delivery of priority marketing initiatives.

·       Reporting Accuracy: Timely, accurate marketing insights for leadership.
