Job Responsibilities
- Develop marketing campaigns supporting strategic corporate services and programs.
- Meet with internal stakeholders to understand their goals and priorities to develop strategic marketing plans that align with those goals.
- Establish and communicate project deliverables and priorities to stakeholders as well as internal marketing/creative team to gain alignment on project scope and required resources.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with internal creative team and cross-functional partners across the firm.
- Collaborate with Creative Director and designers to manage creative development and production process of marketing materials.
- Writes project briefs and light marketing copy as needed.
- Support the marketing team by completing other tasks and duties as assigned.
- Must have experience using a variety of marketing tools including both print and digital media, advertising, email, social media, marketing automation, project management, et al.
- Must have or will be expected to become knowledgeable about the general Commercial Real Estate industry including terminology.
- Has ability to work successfully within a high production volume environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising or Business.
- 7+ years of experience in a Marketing or Communications role is required. In-house marketing department or ad agency background is a plus. Commercial Real Estate industry experience is a strong plus.
- Personality type that seeks innovative ways to improve processes, products, and client experience.
- Must have a positive, customer-focused demeanor, an eye for detail, precision and accuracy.
- Must be able to manage projects from start to completion within the given timeframe.
- Excellent computer and internet skills are essential.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Experience with Asana is a strong plus.
