**This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Cologne, Germany location.**

We are looking for an experienced and execution-driven Marketing Manager to design, adapt, and deliver regional marketing campaigns and activities across multiple markets. The primary sales regions include the UK/I, FR/BEL, NOR/NL, DACH, and Australia.
In this dynamic role, you will plan and execute international marketing initiatives that drive awareness, demand, and engagement across multiple channels. You will work closely with regional sales and commercial teams, localize global campaigns for cultural fit, and ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging in international markets. 
This position requires a smart, proactive, and motivated marketer with strong organizational skills and hands-on experience in campaign execution. The role is based in Cologne, Germany with flexibility for remote work and occasional presence in our London office. 

HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY

  • Plan and execute successful international marketing activities and campaigns across multiple channels in line with the overall international marketing strategy to drive demand for UK/I, FR/BEL, DACH, NOR/NL & Australia.
  • Localize and adapt global campaigns for international markets, ensuring cultural relevance and consistency with brand guidelines and messaging. 
  • Partner strongly with regional sales and commercial teams to support demand generation, partner marketing initiatives and promotional activities and contribute to pipeline growth. 
  • Help organize and deliver international events, trade fairs, and webinars. 
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials (digital, print, and event-related). 
  • Ensure marketing content across digital platforms, including website and social media channels, is published and updated based on planned campaigns and activities. 
  • Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for optimization. 
  • Coordinate day-to-day communication with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers. 
  • Support the Director on broader international marketing initiatives when required.

WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU 

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, ideally within an international or multi-market environment at a B2B software/SaaS company selling multiple products. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field. 
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (French is a plus). 
  • Proficiency with digital marketing and project management tools (e.g., SFDC, Asana, social media management). 
  • Strong skills with proven success in campaign execution, event organization, and content management.  
  • Experience in the commerce space is a plus. 
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with high attention to detail. 
  • Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative team player with proven ability to work across departments, cultures and time zones.
  • Familiarity with marketing in data-rich or content-heavy product environments is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work remotely or occasionally at the Cologne or London office.
