Under the supervision of the Senior Marketing Manager - Lifecycle Marketing, the Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple channels, including email, push, in-app messages, SMS, and referral programs, ensuring flawless campaign development. Fully remote employee based anywhere in the United States based on manager approval.
You Will:
Drive improvements of key channel metrics including activation and early lifecycle engagement through performance data analytics.
Drive new product and product feature adoption through lifecycle marketing strategies.
Collect and analyze data through experimentation backlog development and execution of creative and frequency tests to improve channel performance.
Prepare reports for campaign performance, including analysis of multivariate tests, reporting on specific campaign performance by region, and collect data related to campaign performance for analysis.
Collaborate with the wider Marketing & Product teams to deliver relevant customer communications (partner, pricing, and product marketing).
You Have:
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Management, or a related field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with marketing and business development.
1 year of experience with building email, push, and mobile campaigns that align with business objectives and resonate with target audiences in an omni-channel marketing tool;
1 year of experience with designing and optimizing lifecycle customer journeys, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience;
1 year of experience with researching and analyzing customer data and research to come up with actionable insights to be shared widely and used to inform marketing strategy;
1 year of experience with building and maintaining frameworks to develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and needs to inform marketing strategy;
1 year of experience with developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies and plans
across multiple channels and global regions;1 year of experience with developing and maintaining a testing and experimentation framework to continuously improve campaign performance and customer experience;
1 year of experience with data analysis tools and platforms, including Mode, Tableau, and SQL;
1 year of experience with managing projects end-to-end to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives;
1 year of experience with collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan, develop, execute and measure integrated marketing campaigns; and
1 year of experience with advertising and marketing content platforms including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Tableau.
Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $136,240.00 - $150,000.00 per year. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
