Core Responsibilities

  • Interpret and synthesize audience insights from Business Intelligence and Global Insights teams to inform marketing strategies

  • Lead end-to-end campaign development and execution with internal teams, agencies, and IP partners

  • Follow up on campaign effectiveness

  • Ensure strong brand presence across all touchpoints in collaboration with LEGO® ecosystem and IP partners

  • Develop innovative communication briefs based on product expertise and franchise differentiators

  • Manage principal packaging design and global portfolio direction alignment

  • Prepare business cases and monitor franchise performance against revenue projections

  • Contribute expertise to project lead team and foster relationships with IP partners and stakeholders

  • Support global market alignment and implement marketing plans to discover new opportunities

The Entertainment IP Team is a part of PG Core Business with the ambition of celebrating fandom in the best way possible by crafting experiences and marketing toolboxes that are relevant for the target audiences. Using the power of IPs, allows us to be relevant for fans that might not have considered playing with LEGO Products.

As Marketing Manager, you will be driving marketing mix development for IP-based LEGO themes! You play a pivotal role in effectively solving complex problems, build constructive relationships across all levels, and rapidly adapt to new challenges with a keen ability to learn and innovate.

 

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven experience in consumer products marketing (ideally with kids / family products)

  • Understanding and passion for Entertainment IP and have an intuitive understanding of how to connect with fandoms in an authentic and meaningful way

  • Experience in developing and leading product campaigns, including agency management

  • Ability to drive initiatives for product innovation

  • Willingness to take calculated risks and demonstrate agility in response to the changing external landscape

  • Effective relationship builder who can collaborate across functions, business units and external partners

  • Strong presentation and writing skills with the ability to convey a compelling and concise message, and to engage and encourage colleagues

  • Ability to work on various time zones
