Marketing Manager About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and results-driven Senior/ Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for a new investment app in Singapore. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll take full ownership of new user acquisition and growth campaigns, driving awareness, account openings, and active usage. Join us for an exciting future and let’s innovate together!Your role in the teamThe APAC marketing team is a cross country-cross functional team of marketers who are responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of campaigns across Australia, Singapore and Emerging Markets. This role is based in Singapore and will work with both the Head of Marketing - APAC and colleagues across the team to plan and deliver campaigns.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the go-to-market plan for the launch of the investment app, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
- Drive new user acquisition through growth marketing strategies across digital, offline, and experiential channels.
- Lead media planning and buying across performance, brand and OOH media, working with media agencies to optimise ROI.
- Conceptualise and manage partnerships, events, sponsorships, and offline activations to drive awareness and user growth.
- Own campaign reporting and growth metrics, applying data-driven insights to continuously improve effectiveness.
- Manage and coordinate with internal and external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Stay on top of fintech, trading, and investment trends to identify opportunities and inform marketing angles.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or app-based businesses.
- Strong experience in multi-channel campaign planning, including paid media, partnerships, events, and CRM.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering user acquisition growth and scaling marketing programs from the ground up.
- Interest or working knowledge of financial news, trading, or investment products.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data, dashboards, and experimentation.
- A highly collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Experience launching a mobile app or fintech product in Singapore.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s retail investing landscape and key user segments.
- Prior experience in working with regulated financial services or MAS guidelines.
